Budget Issue

We will focus on the current controversy surrounding the $50,000 annual allocation to each Neighborhood Council.  The current draft budget calls for that to be reduced to $45,000, but there has been a movement to dramatically reduce the amount further, to approximately $11,200.

Followed by a dialogue with the audience.
