Welcome - Noah Modisett Introductions and Open Mike Keynote Speaker Nick Patsaouras, member of the DWP Board of Commissioners and candidate for the office of City Controller. Nick will focus on the issue of a Ratepayers Advocate for the DWP. Followed by a dialogue with the audience. Special Guest Linda Lucks, President of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners will provide a perspective from the Commission on the future direction of the NC movement. Followed by a dialogue with the audience. Councilman Richard Alarcon has also been invited to provide the view from the Education and Neighborhoods Committee.
