Welcome to ALLNCs.org, the website for The Citywide Alliance of Neighborhood Councils.  The Alliance has come together to foster communication between the diverse array of groups forming and operating Neighborhood Councils across the far flung communities of Los Angeles.

The next Alliance Forum will be held on Saturday, January 21st, 9:30 am at Los Angeles City College.

The meeting will focus on Neighborhood Council Elections and the process of redrawing the boundaries of the 15 City Council districts

Deputy Mayor Larry Frank, will discuss the budget situation as it relates to the City Clerk and DONE for holding elections.  We've also asked BongHwan Kim, DONE’s General Manager, to explain how he sees DONE's involvement in the elections going forward.

Councilwoman Jan Perry (CD9) and Michael Trujillo, member of the City's Redistricting Commission will share their perspectives about the process of redrawing the City's political base map.
